onX was a great fit for me to work with because of our fundamental passion for the outdoors, exploration, and getting our hands dirty.
Under a tight weather window and Winter bearing down, my team and I rallied Jeeps, dirt bikes, ATVs and overland vehicles across the remote Tobacco Root Mountains of Montana and captured the thrill of going off-road with the onX Off-Road app. We then crafted a brand anthem video highlighting the idea that with the right tools, any destination and possibility is within reach.
The brand launched its app at the automotive aftermarket’s SEMA Show.
The video was released as the centerpiece of the brand’s activation,
earning them the show’s 2020 Global Media Award in the process.
Since launching, onX off-road has well over 1 MM+ subscribers
with over 60,000 consistent monthly downloads across platforms,
and persistant user acquisition.
The library of content and stories crafted for the company
have been the strategic backbone of the brand since launch and have continually helped shape the authentic direction to this day.
